This is the 1st T2 I have ever tried. I have always used Whisperers on my board and the feeling and quality are unparalleled. I figured I would try out the treaded this time. After finding the right psi for my comfort…this tire is a beast. Handles all types of terrains and is super carvy like the whisperer. Flight fins makes the best tires. No contest. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great all around treaded tire that is lite yet super durable. FF’s for life!
Gots the T2 on the gts with 6in billet and it is absolutely perfect feels great on trails and pavement, either one is super smooth and grippy! Love all of FF tires, you won’t regret it!!
Perfect for north Ga trails, enough grip to really lean over in a bermed turn. The best tire for a VESC based wheel. I love it! Thank you!
Just took this tire out on a long group ride and finally got to feel it out. I was so excited to try this tire based on the reviews and description. Overall I think it’s a good tire but unfortunately it’s not what I’m looking for.
I like rounded tires and this one really is not. It’s actually hard to make corners when going fast on the street. I get that that is not the tires intended purpose, but I was not expecting it to be so square. I tried my friend’s board with a Burris treaded tire and it had the roundness I want.
Another thing to note is the material in this tire is GRIPPY. Literally takes a chunk of paint off my wall after every time I lean it up for storage. I can only imagine it’s gripping the ground very well. It feels very stable! Handled heavy rain on the streets well.
I haven’t had a chance to take this off road, mainly due to the winter weather in the PNW.
By far the best trail tire. Nimble; durable and absorbs all the chunk.
